course schedule
The course runs from May 12 (Thursday) through June 2 (Thursday), 2016. For the pre-course orientation, students should arrive in Pamplona by the morning or afternoon on May 11 (Thursday.) Dorm space will be reserved for check-in on May 10, and through the morning of June 3.
Pre-course orientations
There will be two 1 ½ hour sessions at Indiana University-Bloomington in the Spring 2016 to help orient students about travel, and some logistical details of living in Pamplona. We’ll also discuss the academic content of the course. Students from non-Bloomington campuses will be able to attend these sessions using Adobe Connect.
The SPEA Overseas Study Office is also be available to offer students assistance with their travel planning for flights from the United States to Spain, and Pamplona.
There will be some orientation help as the class period begins. Students will settle into their dorm rooms on May 10-11. On May 11, we'll meet and learn about the bus system, shopping locations, restaurants, and visit the old town. On May 12, we'll do a little reception together as we acclimate to our new setting.
