Ariadna García Prado, Ph.D. (Economics)
Professor Prado is currently working as Associate Professor at the Universidad Publica de Navarra, Economics Department, in Pamplona, Spain. She previously worked at the Inter-American Development Bank (2008-2011) and the World Bank in Washington DC (2000-2001; 2004-2007) where she designed, implemented and supervised various health and social protection projects in Latin America (Argentina, Costa Rica, Honduras, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Bolivia, and Colombia) and other regions (Europe and Central Asia). She was a visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University (Health Policy and Management Department) in 2002-2003 and a post-doctoral research fellow at Boston University, Economics Department, in 2007-08.
Her research interests include health system reforms, health financing, healthcare providers´ behavior and incentive mechanisms in the health market. She has numerous publications in journals such as Health Economics, World Development, Health Policy and Planning, Health policy, Journal of Health Politics, Policy and Law, International Journal of Health Planning and Management.

Justin ross, Ph.D.
Justin Ross is an associate professor of public finance and economics at SPEA, where he has been on the faculty since 2008. His teaching and research focus on policy analysis and public finance. He has won several teaching awards from the IU Trustees and received numerous nominations from outgoing students as best teacher. He has taught cost benefit analysis, managerial economics, and public finance at SPEA.
